Joe Haynor is an accomplished and dynamic professional with more than fifteen years of experience in the commercial construction industry. During that time, Joe’s mastery of industry standards in project management and quality control have helped him to manage cross-functional project operations and achieve continual success on his projects. Joe ensures overall project quality while simultaneously working to control budget overruns, mitigating risk, and ensuring adherence to project specifications for all McRight-Smith projects.

Responsibilities

As Vice President, Operations, Joe oversees the planning and scheduling for all McRight-Smith projects, working to facilitate an efficient transition between the Pre-Construction and Construction Teams at the start of each project, providing guidance in resource allocation and technical direction during construction of the project itself.  Joe is also responsible for ensuring that all projects maintain the quality standards that both our company, and our clients, expect.
